| right now, i'm just lazy and get to the gym whenever i feel like it. well during a full week (4 or 5 days), i do chest thrice, arms and shoulders twice, legs and back once. abs almost everyday and run 3 miles everyday i'm in there. i know it's not as specific, oh well. | |

| Monday-Friday = 2 hours of Basketball M-W-F-S = Pushups, situps T-T = Pullups Saturday = Dayoff
I'll hit the weights again the summertime a musclebound basketball player is not very effecient after these upcoming tournaments I can work myself back into the weights. | |

| I dnt really have it planned out but its wateva for me If im doing chesti do regular,decline, and incline bench triceps with the dumbells or curls biceps and my back i do bent ova barbell rows and straigt od curls For legs i do leg presses only im a lineman for my high school football team lol straight upper body and legs | |
