What's ur workout schedule?

Mine is Monday Or Tuesday: Bi's/ Chest
Wednesday: Abs/ Legs
Thursday: Back/Shoulders/Traps
Friday: Tri's/Bi's

I train Bi's twice a week b/c I'm tryna invite people to the "gun show" this summer... LOL Cool

right now, i'm just lazy and get to the gym whenever i feel like it. well during a full week (4 or 5 days), i do chest thrice, arms and shoulders twice, legs and back once. abs almost everyday and run 3 miles everyday i'm in there. i know it's not as specific, oh well.

weds. plyos other speed work
thursday hang cleans etc almost the same as monday just a lil varation like maybe 21s instead of crazy 8s
friday back squat incline bench ummmmmmmm thats all i can think of right now smh
saturday morning speed drills
saturday afternoon stamina training

I do three sets per exercise with a 30 sec break in between. I use my stop watch

Monday-Friday = 2 hours of Basketball
M-W-F-S = Pushups, situps
T-T = Pullups
Saturday = Dayoff

I'll hit the weights again the summertime a musclebound basketball player is not very effecient after these upcoming tournaments I can work myself back into the weights.

I dnt really have it planned out but its wateva for me
If im doing chesti do regular,decline, and incline bench
triceps with the dumbells or curls
biceps and my back i do bent ova barbell rows and straigt od curls
For legs i do leg presses only
im a lineman for my high school football team lol straight upper body and legs

i dont get what you mean by gain 7 and lose 10
do you mean gain 7 lbs of muscle and lose 10 lbs of fat?

No I am going to gain 7lb more, total. Once I reach that goal I am going to cut 10lb. This will get rid of unwanted fat and a little muscle
