My 1st question is how long should I work out?.....I wake up at 7am and have 2 b 2 skool by 8.30am and out of skool by 2.30pm. after skool I have 2 b at work by 3.00pm and I get off between 11pm - 1am...but even if I sqeeze a work out in after work I would b losing sleep. I read in another thread sleep is an important thing when workin out
