| Todays workout:
Bodyweight tricep dips: 10 Reps, 3 sets Tricep pulldown: 8-10 Reps, 3 sets Tricep dips (bench): 15 reps, 3 sets
Then when I was finished I did drop sets on the pulldown to burn out. What are drop sets you say?? Drop sets are where you start out with the heaviest weight you can lift for one or 2 reps. Do your reps & when you can't lift again, drop weight. then lift til failure, drop weight. Repeat until your muscles scream for mercy!! | |

| today olympic lifts.......hang clean and power clean straight bar 21s 3 sets......rev. bend over rows 3x10 5 different crunches 3x20 stretch plyos and track practice 4x1 relay clocked a 41.?? my dude clocked a 10.1 in the 100 today and i ran a 4.36 in the 40 today it wasnt laser timed unfortunately | |
