Biotin Questions.

i Juz Got some Biotion on the bottle it says for adults, take (1) tablet one to five times daily. i was wondern hw often yall take em o yea im using doo-gro with it 2 see hw thick my hair can get ima wolf while using both of em

..im thinkin bout gettin that as well but i not sure

i used it 5x a day, next time get the 5000mcg bottle so you only have to use it once a day.
And its recommended to take em after u eat somethin.

o ok good lookn fam i was taken 1nce a day for sum reason / did it work gd 4 u?was it better than doo-gro 2 u?

Ya i started noticin a difference like after a week or 2, and doo gro isnt meant for growin hair just makin it thicker, so you cant really compare the two.
And i use them together.
