How do yall encourage urslef to do workouts and crap. like me i do whatever coach want us at school but when i get home like before go to sleep im like... i should do a mini workout before going to bed but then... when time comes really dont feel like it LAZY ASS NIGGAS RREPORT UR INSPIRATION

you have to be motivated to it,just like you are with your waves,thats how you have too be towards working out i know thats how i am
