Well if your funds are short you can use house hold items to build muscle. You can take two book bags filled with books and do front to side raises. You can go to the park, use the monkey bars, and do wide grip/close/chin pull-ups, you can also do dips. You can work you abs and lower back at home, use a pillow for a cushion. With a book bag filled with books on your back and full 2 gallon milk chugs in each hand you can do lunges, calf raise, and squats.
