| I'm tryna getfit because I'm starting high school next year, and I know alot of...well... lovely females'll be there, and I want to look my best. I'm trying to get my waves and wardrobe in order, that'll be easy, but I want to lose somewhere near 33 pounds. Maybe I'll do some weight training and replace my fat with muscle lol.

| well cadio is probably the best way to lose the weight... and weight training would be nice IF u can handle it | |

You also said you going 2 highschool right? Well unless your highschools broke I suggest to go to there weightroom. Like mabye if your football team have summer workouts ask the coach if you can lift with them. Weightlifting will boost your metabolism up like crazy cause these days Im always hungry. You get easily motivated when you exercise with everyone everyone else | |
