| My 1st question is how long should I work out?.....I wake up at 7am and have 2 b 2 skool by 8.30am and out of skool by 2.30pm. after skool I have 2 b at work by 3.00pm and I get off between 11pm - 1am...but even if I sqeeze a work out in after work I would b losing sleep. I read in another thread sleep is an important thing when workin out | |

| Ya scheduele seems pretty busy and from the way you made it sound I don't really see anywhere for workout time bc if you lose sleep then that can possible effect ya grades | |

nah....in order to do that you would have to buss ya ass on them two days... it would be better to plan sum sort of schedule....two days not gon cut it... | |

wow only 2 days.....well something is better than nothing but as far as getting to 170...idk HOW u will be able to do that in 2 days of working out check out www.bodybuilding.com forums and post this question they will be able to help you out alot better than we can | |
