aight fellas here's the main reason why ur not seeing results in your workouts..
1. your pre-workout routine.. your pre workout routine should be as important as your routine itself pre-workout should consist of STRETCHING .. its important becuz if u dont stretch you risk more of a chance of injury i.e pulling a muscle ..
hydration you should atleast hydrate yourself an 1 hour to 2 prior your workout..
and increasing your heart rate before you start .. run in place for it minute to help loosen urself up
2. SAME OLE SAME OLE ROUTINE... reasons y body builders like arnold and most body builders see results is because they never really do the same routine and stay INCREASING THE WEIGHT this sends your muscles into shock which produce a rapid muscle increase..
supplements whether your trying to lose or gain you should always have some type of supplement intake anything with high protein fish ..eggs..nuts.. protein shakes ..vitamins just like you use products to help STIMULATE your waves supplements or protein does the same for your muscles..
3. AFTER WORKOUT ROUTINE- rest atleast a day for rest the only muscles that can be truly worked everyday is abs i know arnold worked fore arms calves and abs everyday but the only true muscle is abs.. and still make sure ur taking in good amounts of protein.....
