For some reason i eat like a monster. just about any kind of food (don't eat fish though) I eat soo much. but i don't gain any weight. and im already cut im just trying to add the weight to me.
I've tried eating larger portions of food. that didn't work. I've been drinking protein shakes after every workout. Lately ive been eating smaller portions but more meals. and advice ?? this shit bothers me cause i need my weight up.

Over the years I have received numerous questions about how to add mass to one's frame. To put on mass can be a painstaking task for some. I have found that the following things can help a great deal with adding mass to the frame.

* Eat, eat and eat some more
* To add strength and mass, try to consume four to six meals a day. Choose from a variety of food groups at mealtime. Try to include lots of potatoes, rice, pasta, fruits and vegetables




* Make sure you are eating enough. A low fat diet and avoiding refined foods are good, but it won't help you build mass. On the same note you don't want to eat a high fat diet all the time. Fat provides additional calories, the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and raw materials for important hormones that stimulate muscle growth.
* Monitor the amount of mass you are gaining. Measure your body parts and weigh every week to see if you are going in the right direction.
* Lastly, continue to train hard. And remember gaining mass won't happen overnight.

You should probly already know what I'm going to say....... Eat Cheeseburgers.
they will help u put on plenty of pounds. when you drink the shakes.... make sure you drink one 30 mins before your workout, right after your workout, right befor you go to bed, and as soon as you wake up.

and one of the most important things is.......
when you work out... make sure you stay away from machines. Machines make u smaller.
you also want to go up on the weights every set, rather than down.
this will help u build muscle 2X's faster than normal.

To put it plan and simple its like constant working out when your not in the wieght room your banging out hella push ups and sit ups threw out the day. You can youtube "prison workout" and videos will come up showing you what i mean. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the power of the push up. I knew a nigga who was like 5'5 but swole type he did something like 400-500 a day and it QUICKLY built his strengh up. I had another homie 5"7 your height who was stronger than every nigga on the bench and he told me that push ups is what helped him get to the level he was up push ups in the moring and b4 he went to sleep also i do hella push ups and trust me it helps. There are a millions versions of push ups so web surf and check it out and see what you like but dont forget to eat at least 6 meals a day they dont all have to be huge but a good size 350-500 calories is good

try using supplements name CELLTECH and NITROTECH together. trust me they work well. ppl who new me b4 cant believe its me. google the names and read, thats enough motivation to use it plus lift weights. Also neva under estimate the power and effects of push ups.

on some real shit im having the same problem as gameova like i eat alot i actually gained pounds which im happy im cut some muscle mass but im trying to get around 185 im 162 and im 5'8 1/2 i never tried protein shakes and just work out regualarly should i just keep workin out and eating the way i have been or try somethin diff
