One routing that you should use in the gym is DROP SETS. I use drop sets maybe once a week to fully COOK my muscles in the gym. Especially when I do arms & chest.

What is a drop set?

Drop sets are where you start out with the highest weight you can lift CORRECTLYfor one rep. Lift til failure, then instead of quitting, decrease your weight and continue. For example, if I can bench 250lbs 1 rep max... For my drop set I might start out on 225... Then lift til I can't lift no more. Then have someone take some weight off & lift 205 til failure... Then take off weight & keep lifting... And repeat until you burn out. It's a great way to fully EXHAUST your muscles, expecially muscles you really want to grow (biceps, triceps, chest) Give it a try! But DON'T do it every workout. Maybe once a week or once every 2 weeks at the end of your normal routine. :D

i would do this with squats but doing those to fail sounds dangerous.

will try with tricieps my tri's are horrible lol btw we do something similar to this with push ups and in track
