im trying to get healthy forself. but i need some exercises to do in my home for now. i hurt my left wrist couple of wks it still hurt when apply madd pressure on it. im still able to do 12 pushups on my wrist. here my stats 5'8, 260 , bmi reads at 39.5 kg and in the 98th precentile

Well if your funds are short you can use house hold items to build muscle. You can take two book bags filled with books and do front to side raises. You can go to the park, use the monkey bars, and do wide grip/close/chin pull-ups, you can also do dips. You can work you abs and lower back at home, use a pillow for a cushion. With a book bag filled with books on your back and full 2 gallon milk chugs in each hand you can do lunges, calf raise, and squats.
So basically there is a full body workout for you guys I came up with. Your welcome!!!!!

The simplest & most cost effective way to start is walking. Get out & walk @ a moderate pace 3 times a week for a few weeks. Like I said before, you're not expected to jump out & run 3 miles off top. Do this consistantly for a couple of weeks. As your shape improves, your ability to do more stuff will also improve.
