Hey i am losing too much progress when i wash my hair. Is there anything i can do to stop this or not lose as much? I wash like every three days. I put some shampoo on brush the shampoo.Then i let it sit for a min.Then i brush it out under the running water.

sound you know what ur doing.try not wash ur hair afta a 3 to 4 days.
