alot of niggas that say that oc and cc are overated are the ones that are looking for a product that will magicly give them waves, and that wont happen, so its "overated" when it dosent.


You gotta put in some brushing as well, a moisturizer is just that, a moisturizer.
It wont give you waves in ten seconds, it just moisturizes.
