I got alot of stuff goin on wit sports and stuff so i sweat alot and my hair gets really dirty easily. So ive decided to shampoo my hair everyday when i take a shower. I also am thinkin on conditioning it every day. Is this a good idea and is conditioning ur hair everyday bad for ur hair?

You shouldn't wash you hair everyday because it strips your hair of it's natural oils....but you can condition everyday if you want shrug
