My bad about the pic, but it's the best that I could do. Anyway, this is
sort of a review for the new pre workout supplement that I got called
Animal Pump. It's a canister of 30 pill packs, 9 pills in a pack. So
that's a lot of pill poppin'. I'm switching to these b/c I'm just tired
of powders. For some reason, powders started to make me feel nauseated
while I was working out. Powders are absorbed more quickly than pills, but
if you don't like the taste of some powders such as whey (raises hand)- then
pills are the way to go. You have to wait about 30-45 minutes with these and
you need to take it on an empty stomach to have it absorbed better.
Well, this doesn't give you a sudden rush of energy but the boost it gives is
spread throughout your workout's duration. I was lifting today for about two
and a half hours. I did chest and tris today and the pump on my arms was
ridiculous, plus I ran afterward and my calves got it too. I did my run more
like it was nothing than at any other time. You aren't supposed to see any
real drastic results until like a week of starting it. I'm thinking about
stacking it with Animal Pak, which boosts energy more than anything. But I'm
pretty sure I'm going to get Animal Cuts (fat burner) and stack with it.
This thing has about 3 different creatines in it, a bunch of N.O. and some other junk.
Since I work out on a four day split, the 30 packs should last me about 8 weeks.
I know that I probably left out a bunch of stuff, so just ask if you have questions.
Oh yeah, it cost me over 60 bucks at GNC but I could've gotten it from
eBay for around 35 but I didn't want to wait.
