| i work out every other day i treat my body like my waves lol
but you have too eat alot of protein to help you gain mass too for muscle
after i wrk out i drink this shyt called muscle milk it has a alot of protein in it you could get it at gnc
i been doing this shyt since christmas and i been seeing resluts | |

| i see noone noticed this but try to eat like 3 meals a day like breakfast/lunch/dinner and in between those get like a power bar or fruit. SO basically u gonna be eating 3 meals and 3 snacks per day. It increases metabolism and other stuff i cant remember now | |

| are u tryin to bulk up or do you want lean mass??
if you want lean mass eat 3 times a day and make breakfast your biggest meal, make lunch a medium meal, and make dinner your smallest meal(in other words eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a seirf, and dinner like a peasant also eat snacks in between meals in moderation) make sure you lift at least 3 to 4 times a week(core work is a must for lean mass workouts).
for bulk the same as above but try to get some steak in(yes i said steak it has a higher protein value then chicken and has more amino acids that your body needs) the only time you should eat pork is around breakfast. avoid sugary cereals(this applies for the plan up top) snack in between meals a little bit more but keep it in moderation. eat more carbs for energy(pasta,whole wheat bread,potatoes)fast food at the most once a week. heavy weights for work out(be explosive)
ps. make sure after you work out to eat something within 30 minutes after you work out so your muscles can feed and repair thats # 1 priority for both workouts you cant build muscle if you miss that time frame | |

| Protein - Lean Meats, such as skinless chicken, turkey, fish liver, nuts, etc
Veggies - anything green, corn, fruit, and don't add butter or salt
Carbs - potato, small portion rice, wheat bread, wheat pasta, ect
Fiber - Oatmeal, cereal, fruit, veggies, wheat, etc
Good fats - 1 serving of yogurt, nuts, controlled serving of peanut butter, olive oil, etc
Take your multi-vitamins. | |
