i used to wrestle as well i was the 3a 275lb state champ in north carolina in 2006. if you havent wrestled before in your life you will have to master the art of the stance. there are 2 basic stances the sugarfoot(attack stance) and the wide stance(defensive stance). you will have to do stance and motions so your legs and back might tighten up. after you master the stance then you learn to take a shot which is when you take a penetration step and attempt a wrestling move.
here is a link about the stances http://www.ehow.com/how_2216731_do-basic-stances-wrestling.html
ps: you dont play wrestling you jus say has anybody wrestled. i was a lineman in highschool and college wrestling helps it builds athlethicism(depending on your coaching. i was coached by 10 different people and my main coach has jus won his 6th state championship at my old school in 3 years)(you get 2 chances to get a ring in wrestling)
