u can also include BF%, 40 time, vert, and watever else u feel like

we jus had our region weightlifting tournament a couple of weeks ago so...

BENCH: 345 lbs.
SQUAT: 525 lbs.
CLEAN: 305 lbs.

6'3", 274 lbs., 16 % body fat.

F.A.T. 40: 4.91
Vert: 30"

good thats the way to look at it...keyword was laser timed though add 3.6 sec. to it to compare laser to hand timed

as of today i had a fitness test with a couple of my weight lifting crew some of them play college football for the lsu tigers any way here's the stats


6'3 242 body fat 19%

bench .. 335

squat.. only did 3 but i broke 475

cleam. 320 5 times i have a bad form at times

vertical. 36

40 timed laser.. 4.51 with an 8th of a second 007

Clean n' pressin won't make you faster if anything it will make you even more top-heavy. If you want to be faster and more explosive on the field stick to calf raises, squats, and leg presses, with a steady diet of calisthenics(pushups, pullups, situps).

hang cleans??? were u start at a lil below knee shrug up and end snatch ending up in a front squat position??? shrug it supoosible works explosiveness which is why sprinters around the nation do it

We are talking about the same thing but you are just better off isolating your leg muscles for the most part. Don't get me wrong you should definitely mix it up every now and then to keep your muscles guessing, but a hang clean isn't better than a squat or leg press though, and for serious springs hit your calves ALOT doing calf raises.
